Front: bright and flat, with fine white rub flecks scattered across the black background, faint hairline scuffs along the left (spine) edge, a short faint rub or crease line in the black just above the bottom edge at center, and light wear at the lower right corner. Back (last photo, the second full-color cover design): a diagonal crease runs across the upper left corner through the crown and the yellow "10" banner with small white cracks in the ink; light rubbing at the lower left corner and along the bottom edge, and a few small white flecks in the black. Inside: pages are clean with bright white margins and strong color; a few tiny dark specks in the white areas of the "Small Town Boy" page and the three-photo page, and a faint small pink mark in the left margin beside the bottom photo on the "He gave it to him" page.
The story

Film 712, "Small Town Boy!", starts with a convention in town and Dane, a rosy-cheeked all-American from the hamlets of Minnesota, who by Brentwood's account is bulging at the seams of his new suit trousers before he has even unpacked. He tries his luck with a woman in Union Square, she says no, and he turns his attention to a blue-eyed blond on a park bench on fashionable Nob Hill.

From there the color stills leave the sidewalk for a room with sailboat art over the bed and a red jar on the nightstand, and one caption swears "he gave it to him in every possible position and still he came back for more." The producers had so much footage they split the film into Part One and Part Two, and this $12.50 magazine is the preview for both.
