The story
Top and Bottom puts the whole plot on the cover in red capitals: "Hunky Michael Cummings Gets Into Matt Ramsey's Tight, Blond Butthole for Loads of Hard Pumping!" A starburst adds "Mag Is Available in Video!", the $15 price sits in red next to "Adults Only," and a little inset shows Ramsey in his jeans with a hand already inside Cummings' open fly.
The set is a work room buried in paper, with flat-file shelves, a corkboard of notes, a tape dispenser and a long white table that earns its keep. Cummings, dark-haired and broad through the chest, starts out alone on that table. Then Ramsey goes down on him, bends over it for him, and ends up on his knees again on the back cover. For a magazine cut from a video called "Hot Off the Press," printing it in full color was the only decent choice.

Why it matters
Both men are named on the cover and the roles match the title exactly, with Cummings on top and blond Ramsey bent over the table, in color from front to back.
