Front: small dark specks and light grime scattered across the mustard-yellow border, heaviest at the upper left and down the left (spine) edge, with faint rubbing lines along that edge; corners look sharp and the photo panel is clean and bright. Back: a long diagonal crease runs from the left edge about a third of the way down, up across the photo through the left model's hair toward the upper right, showing as a thin white crack line; light rubbing and small dark specks along the right (spine) edge; light wear along the bottom edge. Inside: the inside front cover, the color portrait pages and the black-and-white pages photographed are clean and bright; one black-and-white page has a small pink smudge in the white bottom margin at center.
The story

Deuce carries a "Copyright ©1979 Pantheon Productions" line and a Buena Vista Terrace address in San Francisco, and Issue 2 is wall-to-wall chest hair, mustaches and dog tags. Victor Houston gets a full-page color portrait in nothing but his tags, and Ed Wiley poses in an open leather vest, holding a leather strap that runs down to a leather cock ring.

The black-and-white pages get moodier, with a man in a leather vest pressed up behind a partner who has his arms raised against a sunny window. The color sex scene puts a pair of legs in the air on a couch, and the back cover brings the vest and the tags together, two hairy, mustached men chest to chest above a credit to Le Salon on Sheridan Street, sole U.S. distributor.
