AD / OBJECT EDITORIAL RECORD

THE STORY BEHIND THE OBJECT.

WHY IT MATTERS

"NPC Spectracolor" pages and pop-graphic collage layouts. The small-press nude magazines wanted to be art school too, and honestly, they pulled it off.

OBJECT STORY

Male Nude No. 5, with “16 pages, full color.” Solo studs stretched out on beds, sofas and shag carpet, with a freckled redhead in a black leather chair on the back cover.

The black-and-white pages go full pop-art with cut-out collages and bold stripes. There’s a long crease down the back cover. The front is bright.
