Front: bright, strong color with sharp corners and intact film-strip borders; only a few tiny specks (a green dot in the D, a small dot to the right of the X, a small green spot at the right edge mid-height). The multicolor streak beyond the lower left edge is the scan background, not the cover. Back: the Studio TCS ad has a scuffed upper left corner with a short crease line and a thin blue-gray line running down from the top edge; fine white surface scratches over the standing figure at right and the wall behind him; a faint vertical line just inside the right (spine) edge; the order form is unused. Inside: the Marquee contents page is clean and bright white; the color photo pages are clean, with only fine scattered blue and purple print specks; one page shows a straight vertical line about an inch in from the right edge running the full height; page 50 (Studflix Stars) is clean and crisp.
The story

The first Studflix calls itself "The Movie Magazine for Men," and the cover sells it like a trade paper with a hard-on: ten names under "In This Issue!," from Casey Donovan and Scott Noll to Scorpio, George Payne and Richard Locke, plus never-published stills from "Summer of Scott Noll," "Rear Admiral," "New York Men," "Solojerk" and "All Tied Up." The Marquee page says the cover is Scott Noll, joined by Falcon discovery Leo Ford and three new discoveries in the Studio TCS release.

Casey Donovan confesses, Arch Brown gives up a blue moviemaker's secrets, and Terry Le Grand and Christopher Rage get pages of their own. A color spread lines up two blonds and a brunet on one bed with a mirror catching the view, and page 50's "Studflix Stars" pin-up is Roger, grinning under his mustache and very well hung. The back cover is Studio TCS's own order form for "The Summer of Scott Noll," $34 a reel on film or $99 on Beta or VHS, marked ©1981.
